My Special Interests - Sports and Spines

I have a particular interest in posture assessment and scoliosis management. I offer early screenings for children aged 8 to 14 and provide evidence-based care through adolescence and young adulthood. I’m trained in the BSPTS Rigo Concept, based on the internationally recognised Schroth Method, and deliver Physiotherapy Specific Scoliosis Exercises (PSSE) to improve posture, support spinal health, and help manage scoliosis effectively.

Supporting Young Athletes

As an elite trail runner, I understand the unique challenges young athletes face. I provide physiotherapy for children’s sporting injuries in Canberra, helping them recover safely, return to play, and build long-term strength and resilience. I also offer individual running assessments and a fun running group for kids of all abilities.

My Approach

My passion is delivering evidence-based, compassionate care that supports children’s health, confidence, and performance whether in everyday life or on the sports field.
