Frequently asked questions

  • No, you are more than welcome to book an appointment with us without needing a referral. If you do have one, please either email it through to our reception or bring it with you on the day.

  • Initial appointments are usually 45min-60min, depending on your child’s needs. Follow-up appointments can be 30- 60 minutes, again depending on what the goals are for your child.

  • Please bring (or email) any paperwork you may have, including any NDIS details or referrals. If your child is under the age of 2, it would be helpful to bring along your ‘Blue Book’. Please bring your child’s shoes and have them wear comfortable loose clothing, such as shorts.

  • We are an NDIS registered provider, so we are able to see all NDIS participants. You can book online, via email or by phoning the clinic. Please let us know if you are plan managed, agency managed or self-managed, we will organise the appropriate paperwork.

  • This will depend on which health fund you are with. If you are concerned, please check with them before attending the appointment.

  • Yes, we do home visits, school visits and visits to childcare centres. We can even meet you at a playground/oval to work on specific skills, however, the initial assessment is required to be in the clinic. If there are specific circumstances where this is not possible, please speak to our reception team.
