Gym group
Ages 10+
Monday, Hawker clinic 4-5pm
Gym Group is an all abilities group designed for kids aged 10years and over to build strength, confidence, and friendships in a supportive environment. Whether your child is new to exercise or already loves being active, we focus on movement, teamwork, and enjoyment for every ability level.
Running Group
Ages 6+
Tuesday, Hawker oval 4-5pm
A welcoming group for children of all abilities who want to build general running endurance, speed, and agility. Perfect for kids looking to enjoy running in a supportive environment while improving overall fitness.
Dance Skills
Ages 6+
Wednesday, Hawker clinic 4-5pm
Dance Group is an inclusive space where everyone can learn dance skills, build confidence, and enjoy the joy of movement. No experience needed, just bring your enthusiasm!
Running Skills
Ages 10-14
Thursday, Hawker oval 4-5pm
Designed for young athletes preparing for cross country or winter team sports such as soccer, netball and AFL. This group focuses on refining running technique, agility, and strength to improve performance and reduce injury risk before the season starts.
