Pilates for Kids
Ages: 7-11yo
Our physio‑led Holiday Pilates Program focuses on core strength, posture, balance, coordination, and body awareness. Designed and delivered by physiotherapist Kaela, each session uses age‑appropriate Pilates exercises that help young people move well and feel confident in their bodies.
This is a small group class with a maximum of 6 children.

Designed by experienced paediatric physiotherapists, these programs combine evidence-based exercises with social engagement to help kids thrive.
Gym group
Ages 10+
Monday, Hawker clinic 4:00-5:00pm
Gym Group is an all abilities group designed for kids aged 10years and over to build strength, confidence, and friendships in a supportive environment. Whether your child is new to exercise or already loves being active, we focus on movement, teamwork, and enjoyment for every ability level.
Dance group
Ages 6+
Wednesday, Hawker clinic 4:00-5:00pm
Dance Group is an all‑abilities program for kids aged 6 years and over, designed to build confidence, creativity, and friendships in a supportive environment. Whether your child is new to dance or already loves moving to music, we focus on rhythm, expression, teamwork, and enjoyment for every ability level.
Move and Play
Ages 2-3 years
Friday, Hawker clinic 10:30-11:30am
Move & Play is a group for children aged 2–3 years, designed to support early gross motor development through play, exploration, and movement. With a focus on balance, coordination, strength, and confidence, this group helps little ones build foundational skills in a fun, supportive environment. Perfect for toddlers who are still finding their feet or those who love to move, jump, and explore.
