Our group physiotherapy programs provide a supportive environment where children can build strength, improve mobility, and develop confidence through fun, interactive sessions. Designed by experienced paediatric physiotherapists, these programs combine evidence-based exercises with social engagement to help kids thrive.

Monday, Hawker clinic 4-5pm

Gym Group is an all abilities group designed for kids aged 10years and over to build strength, confidence, and friendships in a supportive environment. Whether your child is new to exercise or already loves being active, we focus on movement, teamwork, and enjoyment for every ability level.
