Millie has worked extensively in both Australia and overseas, including at the Centenary Hospital for Women and Children (The Canberra Hospital), where she provided neonatal and paediatric physiotherapy services. She continued her work in Hong Kong before returning to Canberra to join Country Children’s Physiotherapy in 2022.

Her approach is playful, practical, and family-focused, helping kids feel confident and comfortable while working closely with parents and carers to create personalised treatment plans.
